Orchard Bin Loaders

Orchard Bin Loaders, manufactured by Ben Wye Engineering, are robust and efficient self-loading and unloading trailers designed to transport fruit bins in and out of orchards without requiring the operator to leave the tractor seat.

They come in standard configurations accommodating either 4 (4000 model) or 5 bins (5000 model), with customization options available to suit different bin sizes and orchard requirements.

Durable Construction: Each bin loader features a heavy-duty main frame made of 150x100x5mm RHS, ensuring structural integrity and longevity.
High Load Capacity: Rated to carry up to 5000kg at 25km/h, these loaders are equipped with 10.0/75-15.3 18-ply tyres mounted on single-piece 9.00 x 15.3 6-stud rims, providing stability and reliability during operation.
Efficient Hydraulic System: Utilizing a fully hydraulic cam axle and bi-directional hydraulically driven roller chains, the loaders enable seamless loading and unloading of bins. They require two pairs of hydraulic remotes with a minimum flow rate of 30 l/m.
Enhanced Bin Handling: The wide footprint double-pitched roller chain and polyurethane-coated idler sprockets offer greater grip and control when loading and unloading bins, minimizing potential damage.
User-Friendly Design: Features such as automatic bin latches, a two-position parking jack, and large clearance holes for releasing dirt contribute to ease of use and maintenance.
Finish: Bin Loaders are sandblasted and finished with a powdercoat to enhance their appearance as well as giving them a corrosion-resistant coating.
