Orchard Bin Loader

Ben Wye Bin Loaders are designed for fast and efficient transport of fruit bins, allowing operators to load and unload bins without leaving the tractor seat. Built with heavy-duty construction, these trailers use a fully hydraulic cam axle to lower the forks under standard fruit bins. Bi-directional hydraulically driven roller chains then pull the bins onto the loader until it reaches maximum capacity. Unloading is just as seamless—simply reverse the process to transfer bins back to the packing shed.

Designed for push operation with standard orchard tractors, the long wheelbase provides excellent control and maneuverability. Operators can control all hydraulic functions from the cab using two existing hydraulic remotes. Available in 4-bin (4000) or 5-bin (5000) models, Bin Loaders can also be customized to suit different bin sizes and orchard types, with optional features like side rails for bin guidance, soft ride suspension, and a walking beam dual-wheel axle for rough terrain.
